April 17 Rest Day
Take a break or make-up for a missed WOD. And yes, we'll have some fun at the gym, if you're interested in trying something "special."
We're gonna use the good ol' Hopper Deck tomorrow for some fun. Check it out.
Warm-up

Workout
"Deck of Cards"
Hearts = Squats
Diamonds = Burpees
Clubs = KB Swings M 35/W 25
Spades = Push-ups
Jokers = Row 500m
Picture Cards = 10 reps
Numbered Cards = Face Value
Aces = 11 reps
Shuffle deck of cards. Start at the top and select a card. Perform the movement that correlates with that suit and the number of reps that is indicated by the card number; e.g. draw a 7 of Hearts and perform 7 Squats.
Immediately draw another card and repeat as before. Keep going until the deck is finished or you -- well -- can't...
Cool-down
Hydrate!
