CrossFit Group Training:
Monday through Friday
6:00 am - 7:00 am
7:00 am - 8:00 am
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday
 9:00 am - 10:00 am
10:00 am - 11:00 am
CrossFit Group Training Details:
One group workout-of-the-day is held each hour on the hour. To guarantee everyone completes their daily workout, we ask all athletes to arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. If you arrive early and athletes are still completing their WOD, be courteous and wait to begin your workout. 

Personal Training
One-on-one or small-group training is available.

Hello everyone! I am doing well,happy new year and I hope that it will continue to be a year of good health as well as prospirety for everyone at crossfit. I have been keeping up with the workouts as best as I can through the posted wod and I can say that once again crossfit has me in excellant condition. Not bad for a 55 yearold man,cossfit forever!!!
