Brady Can Press Again!
A bicycle injury left Brady in a coma for a week, took his balance, and seriously injured his shoulder. After about six months of training his balance has dramatically improved, along with his shoulder. Today is the first day he was able to do a complete overhead press without pain - highlighting both his balance and shoulder recovery. Great work Brady!

Hey crossfit I just wanted to say hi and to let everyone know that I am recovering well from spinenal surgery. I am back teaching spinning classes again and loving it! I miss you all very much and I hope to be back with you all in the near future. I owe crossfit a lot of thanks,it has helped me in more ways that I can even amagine. Way to go Joe on your Franny personal best. I say crossfit forever!
I did it! On the thruster wod I finally get it. I started with 45 lbs. and wond up with a personal best at 90 lbs. I wanted to do more,but I wisely descided not to go overbord and injure myself and undo the work my doctor did in fixing my spine. There will be another day. Yay crossfit and thank you Aaron and Luke for all of your encouragement.
